Brazilian investment fund had claimed they were swindled over transfer deal

There was some good news for both Barcelona and Neymar on Friday as the second case involving the Brazilian star, brought by the DIS Esporte investment fund group, was dismissed by the presiding judge.
DIS had filed legal action against both the player and his family, President Josep Maria Bartomeu and his predecessor Sandro Rosell, and the player's former club Santos for corruption and fraud.
The judge's ruling, which can be appealed, does however open the way for a civil case to settle the dispute.
