Brazilian heads to USA with Los Blancos

As reward for his fantastic displays at Castilla last term, attacker Mariano has been included in senior squad that Real Madrid will take on their pre-season tour of North America.
The 22-year-old was in lethal form in Group 2 of the Segunda Divison B, scoring 25 goals in 28 appearances as Real renewed his contract until 2021 in January.
Given that form, he's been earmarked for a loan move elsewhere to continue his development with Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema having the starting berths locked down in the first-team, who he'll work alongside in pre-season.
Mariano will be joined on the tour by Martin Odegaard, Enzo Zidane and Borja Mayoral, with a new Paraguayan signing Sergio Diaz and Luca Zidane also contenders to make the trip.
